I'd say you need at least 2 years. Get an internship. That will teach you fast. I also agree to start with HTML/CSS.

You aren't gonna learn how to code an entire operating system and kernel from scratch overnight BUT you could learn html pretty fast

It just depends on what you are trying to learn

First start coding with html then css then javascript and finally start learn php,mysql
