Hi,
with my 6th computer I installed the hard drive on it and it boots to a screen saying that "keyboard error", press f1 fpr setup or f12 for boot menu. The keyboard itself works perfectly. The computer's display is connected to a KVM switch and another desktop computer at my desk. Again: all other parts work perfectly and its the computer that's not detecting the keyboard. im trying to install Kali Linux on it. for an internet connection I have a usb wireless wifi adapter. any tips on how i can resolve this issue so that I can install Linux on it?

Is it a usb keyboard? If so and it's not connected to the motherboard, do so. No front panel or monitor or kvm but the back of the box.
