For such a little amount, I think you could just do something similar to this, using the unofficial API For HIBP.

You would put the email address you wanna check where $email is. You would get a JSON Response in return with all the breaches the email address is in, you can go to this page in your browser as an example:

https://haveibeenpwned.com/unifiedsearch/[email protected]

As long as you don't spam thousands of requests, I'm pretty sure you won't be limited. I just ran 88 emails & all of the requests returned correctly. I don't think cloudflare should interfere, but let me know if you get any errors and I'll help work it out for you.

 I have faith in you joining this community I hope to see you many days and weeks and months and hopefully  years to come. 
Sorry that this is off topic of the thread but you needed to have it said  thank you for being active here and part of this community and keeping it alive
with positive posts its not something I see that much of often these days on RF.

hahaha. I never knew unified search existed there.
