Good for what you pay for it, that's what matters right? Buy what you can afford mate.

No. Cheap and often all apart. Better off getting a new OnePlus.

There are lots of fakes out there. But overall, I have to recommend Xiaomi. Oneplus is great too, but I have always had an excellent experience with Xiaomi devices.

Idk, I'd prefer Xiaomi over oneplus, because they're not as shady.

They give a 1 year limited warranty on the phone itself and 6 months on the accessories that come with the phone.

The brand is good and it can be fully customized so dont need to worry,
You can also install the custom ROM.
They basically copy iphone themes and styles.
BUT the UI is awesome like MIUI 8 and 9 (coming soon)

Seriously, if you need a good battery life, don't buy a Xiaomi phone, MIUI's power consuption is horrible...
+ Don't buy MTK based Xiaomi, it's horrible to get a stable custom rom...
Prefer Oppo (OnePlus) or Huawei (Honor) to buy a phone...

I would recommand against it because Chinese products are known to be bugged by their government for some reasons.
