Yes I try and use temporary email services when possible, if not I use gmail.

I used gmail, now I use cock.li because of the domain names (I also used sigaint cause I heard it is anonymous, etc. but it shut down recently)
For temporary e-mail I use emailfake.com, fakemailgenerator and 10 minute mail.
