A reddit user finds raspberry pi zeros hidden behind trash cans, vending machines and other places in the college library. We reverse engineer them and determine if they are malicious.

They were obviously not nefarious, idk why everyone freaked out. I'm sure they'd be much better hidden/protected if the creators had nefarious intentions.

There's a youtube video on this where an Indian coder checks the code. Worth a watch if you can find it.

The video that explains this took the long way around...he could have just grep netstat the active connection and whois to find the host in 5 minutes.
