This sounds much worse than I initially thought. The German government is going to up its cyber security on that one. I do wonder what information the hackers actually gained though.

There is something true. But USA are doing it official, Russia inofficially. But what about all the other intelligence agencies? They also do all those things (spying, hacking) , but they keep it more private i guess.
