How boost PC

My iron horse : 

Asus prime b350
MSI GeForce GTX1060 6GB
R5 1600x 
16gb

I get 40fps on GTA Online in full lobby ... :/ 

What i need upgrade or any method boost , bios etc.

Install the latest drivers, amend your settings, perhaps go to high rather than ultra?

Now GTX are replaced by RTX...
RYzen 2990WX
Last driver and BIOS
Have a look to the cooling system CPU and GPU... (Liquid is very good for gaming PC)

make sure the drivers are up to date and don't install files you don't trust

AMD R5 1600x is fine, but if you're going for a proper rig always go for an Intel.

To speed up my PC, I installed the SSD on it, which runs the OS.

Try optimise your windows for gaming and update all your drivers. I'd recommend putting games on your SSD

Regarding the OS improvement, I suggest you to use tools like "IObit Advanced SystemCare" its can make some improves

This is a good recommendation. Generally have your OS and games running off of an SSD, preferrably M2. It is a huge speed increase. When it comes to gaming it is about having a good CPU and video card. I am still running games with my GTX1080 with no problems.
