note 500 usd = 700 aus = 330 pounds
note 700 usd = 990 aus = 461 pounds
also note: 700 aus wont be enough to buy pc for max fps on gta5
(still you can buy a really nice one)

Custom rig (700 usd) (also is top rated custom pc)

(building own pc is cheaper and better as you can upgrade parts)

For the price you are going for i would probably do http://pcpartpicker.com/b/ktgLrH
ive seen vids of that package running gta5 60 fps max settings

(you can customize case and parifials such as keyboard and monitor in it)

Custom rig (500 usd) (budget gaming pc)
now sorry too say, but 500 wont get you enough to be able to run gta5 at max fps
however there is hope. Because this is a custom pc you can upgrade the graphics card
at a later time when you have more money and have no need for buying new pc's!
i would check this gaming pc out http://pcpartpicker.com/b/pv7Pxr very nice budget pc

Pre-built rig (~800 usd) (amazing specs)

i found this beuty from a well known trusted provider of
gaming pc's. It comes with a nvidea 970 (can run litterally anything) along with
customizeable specs on the site (pre-set ones are perfect though)

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Cyber...nfigurator
you can see its fps test here on very high graphics - http://prntscr.com/8mt1o9

Pre-built rig (500 usd) (good specs)
So here is a decent gaming pc thats prebuilt and has pretty nice specs
for the price i would recomend you checking it out.        (bit.ly becuz long links)

Laptop rig (700-800 usd)
B4 GETTING GAMING LAPTOP NOTE THAT IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE AND LESS EFFICIENT THEN DESKTOP
if your going for laptop ide check out lenovo y40 (gaming notebook, pretty decent)

My specs (300 usd)
i got a school laptop for ~300  (lenovo G50) (surprised as fuck when i figd out it could run games)
runs cs:go 70 fps
runs payday2 ~30 fps
1 tb hdd
25 gb ssd
4 gb ram
def not running gta5 (graphic intense)

my main laptop is rip atm
