34 firms have signed up to tackle cybercriminals
A large number of tech firms – 34 companies in total – have signed a new collaborative agreement to help fight cyber-attacks.

why the hell did they feel like they should sign a contract for this? they already should be doing that, it's their responsibility as technology companies.
