Daily workout specifics

Everyone here always talking about working out daily, but lets get down to the nitty gritty. 

What are your set routines and what your diet consist of and how is it working out for you? 

If I have the time and energy, 45 mins of calisthenics in the morning followed by an hour in the gym - cardio/weights some afternoons. 
usually eat 10% above my calorific requirement, 30% on cheat days not following any specific plans as long, just eating relatively healthy
