Its good, atleast it doesnt has any certification expiration like CEH.

Best hackers are those without certifications, but they are very expensive or not willing to work because they don't want to.

When I was a child I watched science fiction movies, and I also dreamed of growing up to be a hacker. but I gave up soon, because the programming language was too difficult for me

Everyone cant learn programming as it depends on way of understanding. But still you can try to learn python as its most used programming language.
