DAY 1:
3 sets pushups (max rep)
3 sets glute bridge walkout (max rep)
3 sets plank 60 seconds
3 sets solid wrist pushups (max rep)
3 sets hyper extensions (max rep)
3 sets pull ups (max rep)

DAY 2:

3 sets upside down shoulder press (max rep)
3 sets squats (max rep)
3 sets superman (60 seconds)
3 sets close grip push ups (max rep)
3 sets leg raises (max rep)
3 sets lunges (max rep)
