I am an electrical engineer, i know how it is working. There is a popular microcontroller inside called ATmega32u4 which is the same as the Arduino Leonardo is using and a few passive components, so nothing special. It has limited capabilities because it has no external flash or SD card which would be nice tough!

Ofcourse if you get such a device from aliexpress you need to be carefull, i know that :D
