Approximately 28 Million records from an opt-in consumer database of Americans

Contains the following info (some genders/dobs are null though):

Names, Addresses, Emails, Phone Numbers, Genders (some are null), DOBs (some are null)

I cannot remember the source for the life of me so please don't bug me about this!

Note: Previous thread was taken down because the link went dead. It has been reuploaded. If you need to know more about this DB see the previous thread:

do you know how old the data is?
#3
All emails in sample appear in river city media spam list and a variety of some other spam lists, a mix and match between lead hunter, verif.io, modb, few others. Most emails are in breaches that date back a while, and as someone said in the old post many emails are from isps that don’t operate anymore. Likely pretty dated

I've seen this data somewhere.. probably I had it in some other big db leaks. So its pretty old I would say unless this is some other data and you do know the date?

Thanks guys for this info. I don't know how you are all quick to decode and investigate. Nevertheless, God bless.

He linked to his old post, where I ID'd the file (https://raidforums.com/Thread-28-Million...id=2184878). It's a file dated 2009, with entries supposedly collected in 2008.

Virtually all files you see with first/last/email/street/city/state/zip that also have some combination of DOB, IP, datestamp, or URL are "leads" files (someone just posted more yesterday). In almost all cases, lots of the leads date back to the mid-2000's (even if they are posted as "fresh"), and are rarely what they claim to be ("vacations", "medical", "malpractice"). When I enter one of those emails into my database, I usually get about 20-50 hits from all these files, and they are all duplicates after someone "fiddles" with the data (e.g. someone who has is listed once with a datestamp of 2/25/2008 10:08am and another as 2/25/2009 10:08am; sometimes they change the CASE of the names, sometimes they put in fake URLs, take out fields, etc.).
